Exposure and Development

High School is a critical time for players to be seen by the right people. The East Coast Dodgers Baseball Club offers high-level development and national exposure in the best travel tournaments and showcases. This program provides deserving high school players with the opportunity to develop and showcase their skills in front of college coaches and professional scouts, while preparing them for collegiate and/or professional levels of baseball. This program prides itself on helping players to develop the many intangibles needed to succeed in the game of baseball.

PLAYERS AND COACHES

The East Coast Dodgers Teams are managed and coached by current and former pro scouts, pro players, former college players and current HS Coaches. The selection process is by invitation only, and the teams are comprised of the very best talent in the Southeast and from around the country. The East Coast Dodgers Teams look for players who have character, ability, and a strong work ethic. Players must be serious about their development, and aspire to play the game at higher levels.

PLAYER ASSISTANCE

The East Coast Dodgers Baseball Club will grant scholarship awards to players. Scholarships will be awarded to individual players based on character, academic achievement, leadership, and community service. These qualities not only serve players well on the field, but they are attributes that will enable players to have success in other endeavors.

OPPORTUNITY

Ultimately, playing at the next level takes a combination of factors that are in your control – hard work, performance on the field and in the classroom – as well as factors outside of your control – a coach deciding that you are a fit in their program, or what positions fill their immediate needs. The important takeaway is that there are MANY opportunities to continue your career in college and professional baseball, and actively engaging the process is the best way to set yourself up for success.
