Dave Bradford, Coach
Lu Colón is a native of the Bronx, NY and was an all-city shortstop for Salesian High School in New Rochelle with 3 years of junior national ball for Puerto Rico. He went on to play at Caldwell College where he captained the team for his final two years. His playing career ended after 2 years of pro ball overseas and in the Caribbean. He has coached the Bergen County Bombers AAU program, highlighted by three NJ State Championships and a AAU National Championship in 2006. He coached 12 years at the HS level 2 years at Paramus Catholic, 4 years at Bergen Catholic and is going into his 6th year at tri-state powerhouse St. Joe’s Regional HS in Montvale, NJ. For six summers, Colón was third base coach and Assistant General manager of the LA Brewers an affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers in the California Collegiate League, winning back to back Championships in 2013 and 14. He currently resides in New Jersey where he trains baseball players specializing in infield and hitting instruction. He also has his NASM certification going on 12 years in which he works with baseball players exclusively on speed, strength, core, and agility training

Thomas Welton, Assistant Coach
Manny Beltran was a 4x letter winner and 2x all region out of South View High School in Fayetteville, NC. Manny signed to play Division 1 baseball at North Carolina A&T in Greensboro, NC. After leaving A&T Manny transferred to Lenoir Community College in Kinston, NC and was an integral part of the LCC team that finished 6th in the country, competing in the College World Series. Manny batted .352 with 11 home runs and 35 RBI in 35 games his freshman year. Also, led the team in games played. After college Manny played two years in the Double-A league in Puerto Rico for the Coamo Maratonistas under head coach Efrain Williams.
